I absolutely love Ruffles and Stuff so when I happened upon these lovely, birthday party decorations while browsing this morning, it just made me happy! My baby girl turns 3 in 2 weeks and I MUST make these sweet, little party hats! I had decided to keep the party simple with just family, but this just might have changed my mind!I also, truly love these accordian wall pieces! I want them for her bedroom on a regular basis, not just for a birthday party!
